Hello, I’m Marcus. I have over 35 years of experience in town planning. During that time, I have worked in both the public and private sectors.
Throughout my career my focus has been on helping people to navigate the complexities of the planning system, offering support and guidance to ensure positive outcomes can be reached.
My experience and knowledge of the planning system enables me to help my clients achieve their development aspirations. As a sole practitioner I personally handle each project I work on and I always aim to provide a service that meets each of my clients specific needs.
I offer clear and realistic guidance on all land and property proposals and will work hard to put together the strongest case on your behalf.
I have a MA Degree in Town and Country Planning and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design. I have been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 1996. As a member of the RTPI I am bound by a Code of Professional Conduct which sets out required standards of practice and ethics.
